1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using designspilot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

designspilot is an AI-powered mobile UI design platform that allows users to generate mobile app screens, design systems, copy, and production-ready code from natural language prompts. The Service is provided on a subscription or free-tier basis as described on our pricing page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform or its AI models.
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. For generated outputs (screens, code, copy) on paid plans, you own the output and may use it for commercial purposes. Free-plan exports are watermarked and restricted to personal, non-commercial use.

Our platform: All trademarks, service marks, logos, software, and platform code are owned by designspilot. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Paddle.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchases.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to current subscribers.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, designspilot and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless designspilot and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
